Eastbourne is a regular on TV, having featured in many well known films and TV programmes including Harry Potter, James Bond the Living Daylights, Pearl Harbour and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang to name but a few.
During WWII it also earned the unfortunate accolade of being the most bombed seaside town in England, due to its proximity to Beachy Head which German bombers used as their landmark
We are delighted to say Eastbourne today is best known for its sunshine, regularly credited as the sunniest place in the UK, beautiful beaches and excellent shopping including many independent retailers alongside the high street staples.
We look forward to meeting you at our upcoming events. Details of all upcoming events will be included in our newsletter.
